Work with training providers to create training opportunities that meet your businesses needs.
Promote the importance of skills development in your business and encourage employees to improve their skills.
Become a skills champion and join our skills panel.
Attend our Kirklees skills events and tell us about your skills needs.
Take part in our polls and surveys.

Skills champions inspire and encourage other businesses to invest in skills by acting as ambassadors to their peers, suppliers, clients and other business partners. We are recruiting employer skills champions in the following sectors:

Leisure
Retail
Construction
Creative and media
Green technologies
Advanced manufacturing
